About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and articulate lead qualifier to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—helping educate, qualify, and schedule appointments for those interested in our services.

This is a phone-based position, where you'll be reaching out to warm leads generated from our Facebook ads, Google ads, and social media campaigns. Your job is to understand each lead's needs, clearly explain the value of our services, and book a call with one of our Account Managers if it's a good fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and qualify them for our services
  • Schedule appointments efficiently with our Account Managers
  • Educate prospects on our offering and how it may benefit their investment goals
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence on the phone and a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Experience in appointment setting, sales support, or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
