An Outstanding Federal Government agency, driving essential services for a national audience are seeking **multiple** skilled and experienced **Project Support Officers **to join a fast-paced Agile national team based in **Canberra**. The successful **Project Support Officers** will provide diverse administrative and IT related project support tasks for the delivery of inflight and upcoming programs and projects within the department You will secure a contract that is for a minimum 12 months with 2 x 12 months extension options at a rewarding hourly rate

**The successful Project Support Officers will be responsible for, but not limited to**
- Working with project teams to administer and coordinate a range of program/project activities including the production, delivery and management of project schedules, budgets, reporting requirements, delivery of project artefacts, and identification and resolution of issues
- Using, adapting, and working across various delivery methodologies i.e. Prince2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid
- Providing Secretariat support for Working Groups and Steering Committees
- Identifying and managing project changes in accordance with established processes and standards
- Managing several projects, priorities, and tasks as delegated

**The successful Project Support Officers will need the below**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as **Project Support Officer **working on ICT projects, providing support in administering and coordinating a range of program/project activities.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects in various methodologies e.g. Prince2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid is advantageous
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to provide a range of administrative and project/program support services to facilitate the delivery of outcomes within the team/project/branch, including secretariat services.
