**About the role at Ofload**

As our UX Researcher you will be the sole research expert, collaborating closely with our team of talented Product Designers. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding our users' needs, motivations, and pain points to guide the design process and ensure that our products are intuitive, engaging, and delightful to use.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Research and Insight Development - Develop deep market and customer insights to guide strategy and activities
- UX Design Assistance - Support UX design activities such as wireframing, prototyping, and creating design specifications and style guides
- User Research - Identify and uncover user requirements, problems, and goals, to form insights that guide the design of the user experience

- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Creativity - Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem
