**UX Researcher**

Attribute Group has teamed up with a well known Australian organisation, we are on the hunt for a UX Researcher who can contribute to building a new product for the business with the goal to make it the best in market

You will be part of a collaborative team who will identify user needs and goals, task and workflow modelling as well as unmoderated usability testing. You’ll also conduct usability and competitor research and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Role responsibilities**:

- In your years of UX research experience, you’ve been part of multiple products and have a confident portfolio to back it up
- Work with project business representatives and team members to test business requirements using appropriate methods
- Engage with project teams to determine needs and the best way to test for those needs, create test plans, run the testing (moderating), analyse results, and compile reports.
- Present the results to clients (designers, strategists, managers)
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with team members within a Lean
start-up work environment
