- Set up a self-service central hub to store research information and findings from current and previous research projects.
- Participate in all aspects of research activities including writing scripts, facilitating interviews and focus groups, synthesising insights and communicating findings and recommendations effectively.
- Coordinate the end-to-end participant recruitment process for remote and in-person research activities, manage budgets and oversee an in-house participant database to track participation and manage communications.
- Develop guidelines and processes for accessibility and inclusive research, community, and ethical use of data and insights.
- Ensure our recruitment and data storage processes are compliant with Legal and Data Privacy (GDPR) for every region we operate in.

To be successful in this role, ideally, you have:

- Excellent project management, organisational and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship skills, building and maintaining good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience in maintaining and progressing research operations.
- Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative techniques and methodologies.
- 5+ years working in research ops or equivalent roles such as UX Researcher.
- 2+ years of experience hiring, building and mentoring high-performing Research Operations and/or UX Research teams.
