**About the Role**:
You will join a talented team and help the organization achieve its mission, which is to unleash the potential in every team. You will have the opportunity to conduct research that not only informs our ultimate mission, but that also feeds the design, strategy, and development for our Commerce team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research using a variety of methods both generative and evaluative, to help us understand how to improve our products.
- Own all aspects of the research projects: Planning, Recruitment, Data Collection, Synthesis, Reporting and Socialising.
- Evangelise research and contribute to the development of strong and innovative research practice across the organization.
- Share insights across your team in creative ways to help them understand the needs of our customers and users, inform design decisions, and improve the usability of our product.

**Required Skills**:

- 4-5+ Years Hands-on experience as a UX Researcher
- Solid Usability Testing/Research/Study experience
- Proficient in Qualitative and/or Quantitative Research Methods
- Worked for Product, SaaS, Software, or B2B Companies
