An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced UX Researcher to join a federal government department based in Sydney CBD. This role will be for 12 months with the potential for extension.

**Your new role**

- Work with a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to produce timely, relevant, and reliable insights
- You will collaborate with other researchers to conduct studies that help understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences to inform product and service design and development

**What you'll need to succeed**

***
- Government experience or large enterprise environments is preferable
- Experience with using a range of user research methods and working in agile teams to deliver digital products
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Must be an Australian citizen
