Learning Designer - AI & Data Intelligence Solutions
Position Overview
Our client is a leading technology consulting firm seeking a Learning Designer to join their growing team focused on transforming organizational knowledge into intelligent learning solutions. This role combines learning design expertise with cutting-edge AI technology to create impactful learning experiences for government and enterprise clients.
You will work closely with their proprietary learning management system to design and optimize learning solutions that accelerate workforce capability development.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning Experience Design
- Design engaging learning pathways using AI-extracted organisational knowledge
- Transform complex technical content into accessible, learnable formats
- Create assessment strategies that validate competency and skill development
- Develop learning objectives aligned with organizational capability requirements
AI-Enhanced Content Optimization
- Collaborate with various functions to optimize AI-generated learning content
- Ensure learning materials meet instructional design best practices and quality standards
- Design feedback mechanisms that improve AI content generation over time
- Validate learning effectiveness through data-driven analysis and iteration
Technology Integration
- Configure and optimize the LMS platform for client-specific learning delivery
- Design learning workflows that maximize platform capabilities
- Integrate learning analytics to measure and improve outcomes
- Troubleshoot technical learning delivery issues and optimize user experience
Client Consultation & Implementation
- Partner with clients to understand learning objectives and organizational context
- Conduct learning needs analysis and capability gap assessments
- Present learning strategies and solutions to client stakeholders
- Support implementation and change management for learning technology adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or related field
- 3+ years experience in instructional design or learning experience design
- Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
- Understanding of adult learning principles and competency-based design
Technical Skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) administration and configuration
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Proficiency with learning analytics and performance measurement
- Comfortable working with AI-generated content and understanding its limitations
Professional Skills
- Strong project management and client relationship skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with government or enterprise clients preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing learning solutions for government agencies or large enterprises
- Understanding of compliance training requirements and audit processes
- Knowledge of data governance and security considerations in learning design
- Experience with change management in complex organizational environments
Advanced Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience with data analysis and learning effectiveness measurement
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Understanding of cybersecurity awareness and compliance training

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
