Our client is seeking to engage a Learning Design Consultant on a contract for 6 months with potential extesnsion.

**Position Overview**

In this exciting 6 month contract position as a Learning Design Consultant, you will be responsible for developing a series of high-quality learning solutions for the team. These learning solutions will be delivered to people and leaders nationally across business to equip them with the skills and knowledge to successfully adopt a major change across the business. This role will also be responsible for creating an all-employee learning solution to provide employees with an understanding of the change.

In this impactful and exciting role, you will:

- Lead the development of a range of high-quality, interactive learning solutions for our people leader population and all employees. This learning activity has been identified as a critical component of the overarching change management strategy. Learning solutions to be a blend of content developed for delivery in facilitated sessions and self-paced e-learning
- Collaborate with the Change Manager, Change Lead, and project SMEs to finalise the required scope of the people leader and all employee learning solutions based on initial scoping work already conducted by the change team
- Advise the change manager, Change Lead and senior business stakeholders on the format and design of the learning solutions to ensure optimal experiences and learning outcomes for learners and the organization
- Create impactful digital learning solutions to ensure optimal experiences and learning outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will be a seasoned Learning & Development professional and be passionate about how we equip people leaders to support employees. You will be highly skilled in interpreting and translating people leader capability needs into learning interventions, and you will be an excellent communicator that can establish and maintain effective relationships.

- Strong technical learning capabilities, including learning measurement and course evaluation and assessment, and competency frameworks

- Time management and ability to perform and prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Structured approach and adheres to agreed processes and procedures
- Excellent visual written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to design to budget
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in multiple locations, cultural contexts and languages
