Production Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day production operations of our steel products.
- Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure timely and efficient roasting, blending, and packaging of products.
- Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate supply of raw materials.
- Implement and enforce workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to develop and execute production plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Degree
- At least 2 years Proven experience in a production management role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
