**About the Role**
Reporting to the Production Coordinator at our Arndell Park site, this hands-on role will see you assisting in the management of the production room by ensuring product quality meets customer's specifications, whilst maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
In addition to this your role will include:

- Providing support to the production coordinator in people and team management
- Providing guidance to the Line Team Leaders regarding WHS and QA
- Taking part in Production meetings with the Coordinator and Team Leaders
- Managing and reviewing yields on a weekly basis
- Liaising with maintenance and supervisors regarding machine issues
- Ensuring all orders are completed to the correct specification

We employ over 600 staff and are proud to have won Woolworths Meat Supplier of the Year for 2011, 2012 and 2017.
Our leading-edge manufacturing processes and dedicated team produce high quality food products across a range of fresh categories. We operate two sites located in Western Sydney.
**About You**
Whilst previous experience from a food manufacturing environment would be advantageous, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of yield management.
