**About the role**

The **Design Supervisor** will lead tendering and estimating teams to successful wins. This role will supervise designers, their workload and produce documentation in detail design and construction. The Supervisor will use of technology to discover new more efficient ways to deliver for our clients.

Based in Arndell Park, this role will have the flexibility to work from home.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Preparing high quality, timely designs satisfying organisation and client expectations, ensuring professional and statutory standards are met.
- Independently lead quoting activities for existing clients and new clients
- Reviewing, evaluating and checking designs.
- Developing intelligent and logical tools to assist in quoting works.
- Providing a realistic and achievable delivery schedule to the Design Manager
- Liaising with internal software architects to develop and correct system functionality.

**About you**
- Competency in MS Professional
- Very strong competency in MS Excel (VB desirable)
- Very strong competency in Power BI desirable
- Competency in Microsoft Power Apps desirable
- Competency in all other MS Professional products
- Current manual drivers license
- Willingn to travel when required
- Degree qualified electrical engineer or Electrical trade diploma desirable
- Being proactive with mínimal supervision
