**About the Role**

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for meat production and a knack for driving operational excellence? Look no further, we’re currently seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team

Reporting to the Production Coordinator at our Wetherill Park site, this hands-on role will see you play a critical role in overseeing the flow of the production floor. You will lead, motivate and guide a team of production line workers, ensuring that production targets are met, safety protocols are followed and products are maintained to our quality standards.

**About You**

Whilst previous experience from a food manufacturing environment would be advantageous, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with demonstrated people management skills.

- Strong experience in a similar leadership position

- Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
