Hampers and Gifts Australia is Australia's largest online gifting business with online retail websites The Hamper Emporium and Gifts Australia.

We are looking to welcome a strong leader and communicator to join our team as our new Production Supervisor. Working closely with the Production Manager, you will assist with leading a team of production workers and packers, and assist with the overall operations of the department. This is a full-time role with the hours Monday - Friday from 8 am - 4 pm, with occasional Saturday work during peak periods.

**Key duties include**:

- Leading and motivating the team
- Preparing shipping and hamper labels
- Preparing pallet labels
- Assist with running the production team and running operations
- General warehousing duties including manual handling, packing, picking, cleanliness of the warehouse, running stock etc.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Efficient time management skills
- Effective prioritization skills
- Strong leadership qualities and offering direction, balanced with the ability to effectively take direction from upper management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic willingness to learn and obtain new skills
- High volume picking, packing and dispatch experience
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel and Microsoft office skills
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, niche environment

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
RAT tests are available on site.

**Experience**:

- leadership/ supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
