**PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**

**Job description**

**Giglio’s Fresh Chickens is a Poultry Abattoir located in Bonnyrigg, NSW. We are seeking a hands on Production Supervisor to join our managing team at our Chicken Processing Plant.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**:

- **Engage, lead, motivate and develop your team through effective people management strategies ensuring overall site objectives**:

- **Drive performance on a daily basis across the further processing facility ensuring delivery on time sensitive production deadlines**:

- **Ensure that the labour cost base is the most productive and efficient**:

- **Ensure daily reporting is accurately completed and recorded as required**:

- **Manual handling duties where required**:

- **Train employees; provide consistent feedback on areas in need of improvement**:

- **Perform additional duties as assigned**:

- **Fork Lift License / (MR License beneficial but not essential)**

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**:

- **Minimum (4) years experience within a Processing Plant**:

- **Demonstrated one (1) years’ leadership experience**:

- **Respond calmly when faced with obstacles**:

- **Working knowledge of food safety regulations**:

- **Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written, with internal staff**:

- **Strong attention to detail, organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects**

Pay: $88,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
