Eden Ritchie is seeking an **HR Advisor** who will be responsible for providing timely, accurate and professional contemporary HR advice, guidance, and support to the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office (RIDO).
- **5 month contract with possible extension**:

- **Brisbane CBD location**

**As the HR Advisor, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Liaise with key stakeholders to understand resourcing needs.
- Develop new and update existing role descriptions.
- Prepare HR related correspondence, briefs, reports and resource requests to a high standard.
- Support the Principal HR advisor as required o build and mature HR service delivery across the branch.

**The successful applicant will demonstrate**:

- Excellent communication skills to deliver advice and information clearly and succinctly.
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with people.

**Desirable requirements of the role**:

- Experience working in a government or public sector environment is highly desirable.
- Experience with government writing styles is highly desirable.
