**About the Role**
This role is an opportunity for a proactive and energetic individual to join the HR team, reporting into the HR Manager. With continued support and guidance you will be empowered to support the Regional Manager and store teams

**About you**
The successful HR Advisor will have previous retail experience in a HR Advisor role and have an understanding of employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements and experience with recruitment and training. You will be comfortable in a fast paced environment and have experience with site-based operations. The successful HR Advisor must be able to work autonomously and take ownership for their work.
