Product Manager to work closely with our Chief Product Officer to continue to lead the company through product innovation.

We work with some of Australia's largest retail clients, including Woolworths, BWS, Dan
Murphy’s, Coles, and over 1500 restaurants and cafes. At 4YOU we’re proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs and wants of our customers. To help us continue to grow our product offering, we’re in search of an experienced product manager to lead our multi-disciplinary development team.

You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve users’ experience to grow market share.

**Job Summary**
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and success of our two retail fulfilment platforms, Drive Yello and Hey You. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance these platforms and develop new features to deliver value to our customers and align with our company's vision and goals.

**The Role**
- Drive product planning across functional teams of 4You innovation. Currently includes both the Drive Yello and Hey You platforms.
- Analyse consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective.
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
- Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are successfully achieved.
- Appraise new product ideas and develop product strategy with the core product team
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines

**Main Responsibilities**

**Product Strategy and Vision**:
**Work with the Chief Product Officer to**:

- Develop and communicate the product strategy and vision in alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends within the relevant sectors.
- Define and prioritise product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.

**Product Development**:

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
- Write clear and concise product requirements and user stories.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritise tasks based on impact and business value.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
- Continue to review, enhance and document the product development process

**User Experience and Design**:

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product provides a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Validate design choices through user testing and feedback.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of product goals.
- Work with marketing, sales, operations and customer support teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.

**Analytics and Improvement**:

- Monitor product performance using analytics tools and KPIs.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead post-launch reviews and incorporate learnings into future product development cycles.
- Analyse market data to develop sales strategies. And define product objectives for effective sales & marketing plans.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on product development progress and challenges.
- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to inform product decisions.

**About You**
- Strong experience in agile development
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation skills

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
