What you'd be doing in this role

  • Lead the design and rollout of new pricing and packaging models – ensuring they're simple, compelling, and built for scale across Canva's product suite.
  • Shape and refine packaging across SKUs – making it easy for users to understand, aligned to jobs-to-be-done, market context, and willingness to pay.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring new offerings to market – ensuring they're positioned effectively within Canva's broader product ecosystem.
  • Run thoughtful pricing experiments and iterate quickly – testing across markets and segments, translating results into actionable insights that drive growth.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and champion clarity for users – aligning leaders on monetisation decisions while helping millions of people choose the right Canva product.

You're probably a match if

We're after a product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and empathy. You'll be someone who can design pricing models that balance user value with commercial impact, while navigating ambiguity with confidence. You'll bring both a global perspective and a willingness to get into the details of experiments, models, and trade-offs.

  • Deep knowledge of SaaS pricing and packaging, with a proven track record of launching impactful monetisation initiatives.
  • Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate diverse user needs into clear, simple product offerings.
  • Comfort working across technical, commercial, and product domains, and bridging conversations between them.
  • Experience in high-growth environments, where you've balanced pace with rigour.
  • The ability to quickly build trust and influence across senior stakeholders, setting direction in complex spaces.

About the team

The Revenue Platform group is part of Canva's Growth org, which is responsible for supercharging Canva's product growth engine. We lead the strategy and roadmap to empower anyone, anywhere to experience the full value of Canva, whether through subscription management, flawless checkout journeys, or localised payment experiences.

Within Revenue Platform, the Pricing & Packaging subgroup ensures Canva's monetisation products are compelling, easy to understand, and tailored to the needs of diverse users across markets. The team shapes how users discover, choose, and pay for the right Canva product, and plays a critical role in driving long-term revenue growth.
