**Where and how you can work**
Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
**What you’d be doing in this role**
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
**At the moment, this role is focused on**:
- Develop and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the future of the self-serve B2B experience at Canva
- Serve as a domain expert on Self-serve experience and growth of the Teams plan. You will understand the complete landscape of our SaaS products and Teams adoption (from small teams on Canva Pro to classrooms on our Education offering, all the way to wall-to-wall adoption at Fortune 500 companies)
- Coach 5 product managers and lead and rally a group of 5 cross-functional teams, made up of 50+ PMs, engineers, designers, marketers and analysts, towards our crazy-big goals
- Ensure each product team is set up for success, with the right people, tools and projects. Unblocking them to ensure they can deliver on their goals
- Closely partner with our GTM Organization across Sales, Marketing and Product Growth teams to define and continuously improve our Product-led Sales functions.
- Ensure our GTM and Sales organization are set up for success with the tooling and platform solutions to operate as a worldclass organisation.
- Build relationships with teams all across Canva. In Product Growth, we specifically work super closely with our Product and Marketing counterparts to ensure we’re all rowing in the same direction
- Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure the performance
- and impact of B2B initiatives, using data-motivated insights to optimise strategies.
- Present these findings in monthly business reviews (MBRs), collating progress on B2B initiatives across the org.
- Onboard, mentor and develop new product managers as they join the group; and
- Set crazy big goals for your teams, and regularly hit them.
**You're probably a match if**
- You have a strong track record as a product leader, with experience growing products through a combination of innovative big bets and iterative experimentation
- You have a solid B2B SaaS background, and experience in closely working with Marketing and Sales.
- You love growth challenges and diving into business metrics.
- You have experience in and a passion for mentoring Product Managers to develop in their craft and coaching journeys
- A strong communicator - you can speak the language of engineering, data, design, operations and can coordinate cross-functionally with each to achieve big wins
- Strong UX skill set -- understands more than just the fundamentals of good UX, loves Canva’s seamless and simple design and is going to be ruthless in protecting that.
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the key levers to build and grow SaaS products
- Great with data (both qualitative and quantitative) and loves turning insights into actions
- An ability to balance the art with the science - balancing product vision and strategy with iterative optimisations along the way
