**Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Office Administrator (Full-Time)**

Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional with a knack for numbers and excellent customer service skills? We’re looking for a **full-time Accounts Receivable/Office Administrator** to join our team

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth payment processes, maintaining positive customer relationships, and keeping financial records in check. This role is crucial to the day-to-day operations of our business, and we're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and record payments, including taking phone call payments from customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Assist with account debt collection efforts while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Troubleshoot account discrepancies and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with office administration tasks as needed.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Experience in **Accounts Receivable** is highly recommended.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

**Must hold permanent residence or citizenship only

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
