**THE OPPORTUNITY**

You will be responsible for the to end leadership for our international and domestics logistics function for the entire Kilcoy Australia Group businesses.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Location: Birtinya, Sunshine Coast, Queensland**

Kilcoy Global Food Group is on a growth journey. This pivotal role will see your Team servicing our multiple supply channels, with you leading the logistics team for Air, Sea and Road transportation to deliver operational excellence to our customers and stakeholders.

You will achieve success through driving continuous improvements in process, cost to serve and compliance, while championing the use of digital systems to give greater visibility and mitigate risk to the business.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**
- Setting the team goals and KPI’s to motivate your team towards high performance
- Support the establishment, measurement, and regular reporting of KPI’s for Logistics service providers including minimum service levels
- Set up monthly and quarterly business reviews for logistics service providers
- Freight contract negotiations, Air, Sea, Road. Inputs in annual and quarterly budgeting procesS
- Ensure Freight rate schedules are published and maintained, ensure freight payable is executed.
- Maintain compliance to and certification of all import/export protocols as per DAWR legislation and guidelines, along with export and import laws and regulations - this will also mean the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions

**ABOUT YOU**

**To be successful in this role, you will be required to**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and logistics providers
- Come with a continual improvement mindset
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess 5+ years experience with Export Logistics Experience
- Demonstrable experience in challenging administrative roles
- Proven experience leading and building teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict management
- Adaptable & flexible to a changing Operating Environment
- A high level of attention to detail, ability to prioritise and plan
- Identifying issues and takes action, showing initiative in all parts of the role
- Strong aptitude in Excel and all Microsoft Office products
- Delivery continuous improvements
