**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Location: Birtinya**

With the continued growth of our Kilcoy Global Foods global footprint, we now have the need for a Brand Manager specifically looking after Kilcoy Global Foods brands. In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to lead the implementation of the Australian Primary Processing brand plan.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**
- Develop the brand architecture for primary processing brand.
- Develop and implement the primary processing marketing strategy and plan (including digital brand strategy), closely collaborating and guiding our external agencies, and monitoring and optimising performance.
- Create digital content to build brand awareness and engagement across relevant platforms and social media channels.
- Develop trade marketing collateral.
- Facilitate brand presence at trade shows.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- You will have experience working in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge across marketing, content management and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Able to display excellent judgement, drive, and initiative.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and dealing with the unknown.

**Qualifications required**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or similar.
