**THE OPPORUTNITY**

**Location | Birtinya**

Kilcoy Global Foods is growing, which means our Talent Acquisition Team is too We have an NEW opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture Team, based at our Corporate HQ in Birtinya, with a focus on corporate, salaried roles.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITES**

You will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment and selection process, which includes:

- Creating and posting job ads
- Phone screening of applicants
- Arranging interviews | face to face or via teams
- Conducting interviews with Hiring Managers | Reference and Immigration checks
- Use of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the various business departments

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a Recruitment role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A helpful, sincere and friendly attitude and customer service focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and balance competing demands
- Resilience and a flexible, adaptable mindset
