This is a shiny, brand-new clinic fully equipped and up-to-date, with all the facilities needed to provide comprehensive, up-to-date and gold standards of care to our clients including 3 consult rooms, a separate dog and cat ward, surgery, radiology, X-ray, ultrasound and tonometry.

Greencross Vets Wetherill Park is the perfect practice for a senior vet nurse with existing leadership experience and a great sense of humour to join a team of positive and outgoing nurses and passionate veterinarians.

We are looking for a **Full Time Practice Manager **with leadership capabilities and attention to detail, you'll be goal orientated and team focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manor. Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus Preference for experience with RX, Kronos and Smartflow.

**Your new role will see you;**
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Nursing duties as required

**About Your Skills & Experience;**
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent animal handling skills
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business insight and organisational skills
