About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Chirnside Park Family Clinic. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice, supporting staff, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operational management of the clinic
  • Manage financial functions including budgeting, reporting, and accounts
  • Implement and maintain quality improvement processes
  • Lead and support accreditation activities (QPA)
  • Handle patient feedback and concerns professionally and effectively
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and support administrative staff
  • Optimise workflow and practice efficiency through effective systems and processes
  • Oversee patient bookings, billing, and invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused team culture
  • Liaise with GPs, nurses, allied health providers, suppliers, and external stakeholders
  • Use Best Practice software to manage patient records, appointments, and billing
