Our client is a small business supplying the Australian market with premium respiratory protection, They are looking for a permanent full-time Accounts Payable Accountant to join the team.
- Work locally on the Northern Beaches
- Low volume processing end-to-end accounts payable
- Low stress, no overtime
- Undercover parking provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accounts payable functions, from processing transactions to ensure expenses are allocated to the correct department and ledger accounts
- Preparing payment runs, credit cards & reconciliation,
- Petty cash
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Purchase orders
- Monthly balance sheet & general ledger reconciliations
- Month-end duties
- Also assist across the business with phone enquiries and sales order entry when required.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
