**Description**:
About the role
The main responsibilities of the role include
- P&L Management
- Ownership of net sales and trade spend for South Pacific and emerging markets
- Ensure financial targets are met, managing costs effectively to maximise profitability
- Drive sales performance, maintaining strong relationships with accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each market to enhance market share and growth
- Ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts through analysis and market understanding
- Work closely with demand planning team to align to forecasts with market realities and objectives
- Optimise trade spend to ensure highest ROI
- Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of trade spend
- Identify and develop incremental revenue streams through new brands, channels or market opportunities
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to capitalise on emerging opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers and healthcare professionals

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the healthcare or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving sales growth
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales forecasting and trade spend optimisation
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel across the South Pacific and emerging markets region
