**About the role**

We have a permanent opportunity for a Customer Delivery Support Officer.

Based in our Balcatta office, you’ll be responsible to perform, coordinate and oversee all Customer Delivery team administrative duties while providing high level support in an efficient and timely manner, working autonomously and independently.

**What the role will involve**
- Proactively coordinate and perform administration support across the Customer Delivery Team including but not limited to the organisation of correspondence, enquiries and complaints, ministerial related activities and team scheduling and diary management.
- Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key Business Unit stakeholders and committees as required.
- Coordinate and monitor document management processes and performance.
- Provide support to Lead Customer Delivery and Manager, Customer Support as required.
- Support Customer Outcomes Co-ordinator to ensure correspondence (including complaints and Priority 1 correspondence) and other enquiries are dealt with in a customer focused way and within operating licence and legislative requirements.
- Ensure responses meet the standards required by the Corporation and in accordance with corporation expectation.

**About you**
- Substantial support and administrative experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict timeframes.
- Proficient data entry skills.
