**Big Rock Toyota **has a rare and exciting opportunity for a
**Customer Relations Officer** to join our booming Service Department.

At Big Rock Toyota we are committed to providing excellence in customer service whilst creating a fun and dynamic environment for our staff. We are focused on systems, processes and working together as a team to achieve a result.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for improving the service retention by focusing on building important relationships between the dealership and its customers.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Have 12 months+ experiences in a customer service role.
- Knowledge and understanding of vehicle servicing will be highly advantageous.
- To be positive, friendly and personable with a genuine caring nature and a passion for customer service.
- Professional phone manner.
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet measured targets.
- To be driven, self-motivated and willing to work hard.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Computer literacy with competency using the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using Tune/ Revolution DMS is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly advantageous.
