**About the role**

The Customer Delivery team is responsible for providing support, expert advice, and resolution of complex customer issues within the Perth metropolitan region.

As an Advisor - Customer Delivery you’ll be responsible to deliver high-quality support in managing customer issues, ensuring customer and business outcomes are met.

**What you can expect with this role**
- Resolving customer and community network issues with internal and external stakeholders related to water, wastewater, and drainage services in the Perth metropolitan region
- Working in collaboration internal and external stakeholders to ensure thorough investigation and prompt resolution of customer queries and issues, ensuring customers are kept up to date
- Independently determining, prioritising, and managing work to resolve customer issues and enquiries
- Demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service and making decisions with customers and the Corporation’s values in mind

**Your skills and experience**
- We are looking for highly motivated people with can-do attitudes who are excited by delivering great customer outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or considerable relevant experience dealing with escalated customer enquiries and complaints
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, and prioritise multiple tasks within clear timeframes
- Considerable experience building collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple customer service channels, including phone and face to face
- Demonstrated experience using corporate systems used for customer engagement and correspondence
- Considerable knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislation, policy, and procedures in relation to operations
