Service Delivery Coordinator required for an immediate start in Balcatta. Please note this is a temporary role, working full time hours.

**The Company**

Our client is a reputable company within the FMCG industry who is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their WA team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to work for a highly regarded company, with the opportunity to up-skill and have great career growth.

**The Role**

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven customer service experience with key responsibilities including:

- Managing calls in relation to open job orders daily.
- Ensuring all technicians have relevant information to efficiently complete jobs.
- Sending out technicians to sites, by taking into account skill levels by utilising tools available.
- Managing any backlog of service calls.
- Comply with the companies Work Health and Safety Policies
- As well as all other duties as directed by the team & management.

**About you**

To be successful in the role, you will be someone with very strong customer service or administration experience and who is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment. Having a proven track record (2 years+) in customer service will be an advantage.
