Healius are currently seeking a talented and motivated Volume Talent Acquisition Lead to join our TA team of 12, based in the Sydney CBD.

As Volume TA Lead, you will be reporting to the Head of TA and will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of some of our key roles in the business - Collectors and Couriers. As well as owning the wider recruitment strategy, your role will involve the day-to-day management of a team of 3 recruitment partners, ensuring we are delivering to the business as per SLA’s, and managing your own roles and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their volume requirements
- Managing the day-to-day workload of the volume team and ensuring the team are meeting SLA’s
- Providing suggestions and uplifts to enhance output and meet goals
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews or assessment centres
- Providing guidance and advice to hiring managers on best recruitment practices
- Staying abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarking, and changes in the business landscape

**About You**
You will be a skilled TA specialist, with experience implementing and running a volume recruitment strategy for a large organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition within the volume space
- Proven track record of successfully managing a volume recruitment team
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively, with demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in your recruitment approach
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to problem solve and think outside the box with creative recruitment strategies
- Experience using HR/Recruitment systems
