Manage a small portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on proactive case management.

**The role**:
- Managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims within legislative, self-insurance and business requirements to reduce outstanding liabilities and achieve cost-effective RTW (return to work) outcomes.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management.
- Conducting timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed, communicated and achieved.
**About you**:
- Ideally, have existing experience in managing claims from Workers compensation, CTP or Life Insurance.
- A commercially minded yet empathetic, professional with a sound understanding of strategic case management
- Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problem-solving
- Collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally
