**About the role**:
We are searching for a Tech Lead who has come from either a.Net or Java background. They are a growing team where they have a passion for technology and a drive to succeed. You will mentor developers and guide the team to ensure high quality development is completed to company standards. Although this is a tech lead position you will still be required to be hands-on.
**About you**:

- 8 + years Development experience
- Experience in.NET or Java
- Experience with Angular, React or React Native
- Cloud experience - AWS, Azure or GCP
- Strong scoping & planning skills
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Previous experience dealing with stakeholders
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- PR or Citizen of Australia
