**Description**:
About the Access Officer - Client Directed Care role
Join a vibrant and innovative community health service, collaborating with a diverse team to empower communities in accessing essential health, mental health, social support, and health promotion services—an exciting opportunity in a progressive and high-quality environment.
Reporting to the Access Lead, we have two fixed-term, part-time positions available, each offering 19 hours per week (0.5 FTE) available from 4 November 2024 to 30 June 2025.
**Your Passion and Commitment will see you**:

- Manage client referrals efficiently and effectively
- Build dynamic connections with stakeholders
- Create streamlined administrative processes that enhance service delivery
- Maintain compliance with service standards while embracing best practices
- Drive positive change and improve client experiences within the community

**To succeed in this role you will have**:

- Relevant qualifications in health or community services (desirable)
- Highly developed customer service and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles
- Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and manage high volumes of client interactions with ease and professionalism
