Are you an experienced Site Mobilisation Administrator who is looking for a change of scenery?

**About The Role**:
This role is part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment,
- Organising pre-employment medicals, training, flights, accommodation, and rosters
- Compile, administer and process all paperwork and coordinate and site entry
- Maintain and implement training and resource schedules
- Navigate client specific mobilisation portals
- Raising purchase orders in line with mobilisation requirements
- Liaise with internal/external clients and project staff
- Supporting other mobilisation requirements as needed

**To be successful, you MUST have the following**:

- ** Proven site mobilisation experience (Rio Tinto, FMG, BHP and Roy Hill) is essential**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the resources sector
- Experience using training, mobilisation and planning software (ERMS, SuccessFactors, INX)
- Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised and able to multitask multiple requirements and timeframes
- Able to take direction and use initiative to complete tasks and communicate solutions
- Current Police clearance
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
