Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3,000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.THE ROLEWe now have the exciting opportunity for a Mobilisation Administrator to join our Planning and Mobilisation team based at our CBD Head Office working Monday to Friday.
Duties include:Being the first point of contact for the Planning department, which mobilises Linkforce personnel to a variety of different client sites and projectsEnsuring all incoming communication directed to the relevant team in a timely mannerMaintenance of workflows, inboxes, and allocated jobsLiaising with site and staff via phone, text message and emailBooking and organising flights, travel, and accommodation for Linkforce personnelUpdating leave requestsMinute taking during team meetingsABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Experience in the mining industry is highly desirable but not essentialBe proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including ExcelAdministration experience showing attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTime management skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-taskIN RETURNYou will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
