The Role

We now have the exciting opportunity for a Mobilisation Administrator to join our existing Planning and Mobilisation team. Working on an 8:6 roster (Wednesday to Wednesday, with the opportunity to work from home 4 out of 8 days), this position is based at our Perth CBD Head Office. Duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for the Planning department, which mobilises Linkforce personnel to a variety of different client sites and projects
  • Ensuring all incoming communication directed to the relevant team in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of workflows, inboxes, and allocated jobs
  • Liaising with site and staff via phone, text message and email
  • Booking and organising flights, travel, and accommodation for Linkforce personnel
  • Updating leave requests
  • Minute taking during team meetings
About You

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in the mining industry is highly desirable but not essential
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including Excel
  • Administration experience showing attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task
