Key responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative support to the Planning and Purchasing team, assisting with day-to-day tasks as needed.
- Creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and support the PO confirmation process, including follow-ups and updates within SAP.
- Manage inbound deliveries, reviewing and reporting scheduled deliveries for the week.
- Review and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing team to resolve any discrepancies regarding quantity, price, or delivery date variations.
- Assist in expediting or de-expediting POs as required to maintain supply chain flow.
- Perform monthly reviews and reporting on supplier performance, specifically focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the Planning and Purchasing team.
- Participate in stock take activities as needed to ensure accurate inventory management.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Exposure to SAP
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- A team player with the ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
