About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our internal recruitment team at Nova Systems. In this role, you’ll deliver end-to-end recruitment services across our ANZ business, supporting stakeholders in our MSP, Integrated Solutions, and business functions.
You will partner with hiring managers to design effective sourcing strategies across technically complex projects and connect people to Nova’s purpose, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience with us.

What you will be involved with
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to offer acceptance, with a focus on timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture, providing data-driven insights to shape sourcing campaigns.
- Writing and posting accurate, engaging job ads across relevant channels.
- Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates in alignment with Nova’s values.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering clear, professional communication to candidates.
- Developing and maintaining targeted talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Conducting market mapping and proactively engaging passive talent.
- Using tools such as Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent Insights to inform decisions.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and metrics in the ATS.
- Staying current on recruitment trends, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies.
What we would like from you
- Equivalent experience in talent acquisition working in Defence or professional services technical environments.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and other talent search tools.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking and influencing skills.
- Previous experience working in a heavily compliant role would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- High attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment technology.
- Knowledge of Fair Work Australia and the Australian Privacy Act.
- Australian citizenship is required.
