The Security and Emergency Management Service (SEMS) is responsible for SAPOL's Communication Centre, emergency management, event planning, and security advice.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to the successful delivery of a transformational change project within SEMS by attracting and sourcing talent for the Communications Group.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and implementing a best practice attraction and retention program whilst undertaking and coordinating the full end-to-end recruitment activities for the Triple 000 and 131444 Call Centres. The role is responsible for the attraction and retention of skilled employees. The role will provide timely advice to a range of stakeholders on best practice recruitment strategies. This includes working closely with individuals and teams across SAPOL to prepare and support them with changes associated with implementation of modernised recruitment activities. The role will work collaboratively with the Security and Emergency Management Service team to contribute to the successful project implementation.

- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in human resources, psychology, law, psychometric assessments or industrial relations.

**Salary**
ASO6 - $98,478 - $104,165 per annum.
