**About the Role**
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will report to the CPO and lead a team of HR Business Partners and Advisors. You will provide expert human resources and employee relations advice, coaching and service delivery to leaders of the business, ensuring compliance with labour laws, collaborating with unions and external stakeholders, and actively participating in Enterprise Agreement strategy.

You will lead and embed change programs across the organisation, ensuring smooth transitions and driving key initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. In addition, you will manage relevant reporting, contribute to strategic projects, and continuously improve HR initiatives and procedures.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will have held a similar leadership role working at both the strategic and operational level combined with relevant tertiary qualifications. You will have demonstrated experience in end-to-end Business Partnering, driving positive change across an organisation and proven expertise in leading Enterprise Agreement bargaining.
