**Your Opportunity**

We're looking for a passionate **Customer Service Officer**to join our high performing Customer Service team on a Permanent Full-time basis based in Caringbah.
- Receiving and resolving client phone queries
- Facilitate open communication and discussion with clients, acting as a single point of contact in relation to client queries and escalation resolution
- Provide solutions and identify escalation requirements in-line with agreed timeframes (internal and External)
- Documenting and reporting of processes for each individual case
- Assist in identifying patterns and implementing prevention practices
- Ensure satisfactory outcome for both external and internal stakeholders
- provide support to external sales team and execute outbound calls projects
- Any other duties directed by the manager.

**What you will bring to our Team**
- A passionate to help animals is a must.
- Ability to effectively communicate sensitive information in a professional manner
- Customer focused and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and previous experience in a customer support role
- Proven ability to manage client requests and influence positive outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders
