My Team Shop is an established eCommerce business specialising in Sporting Fan Gear including jersey, headwear, etc. We are a fast-growing company and proud of providing professional products and services to our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and work in our office/warehouse based in Caringbah 2229. You will be directly reporting to the owner. Our office/warehouse is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. On-site parking is available. Casual dress code. General duties include: - Picking, packing, quality check and timely dispatch of orders. Fulfil orders. - Stocktake and stock control. Load stock to shelves. Identify low-stock items and notify owner. - Cutomer Service for the site, custimer questions, etc - Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse. Experience and skills required: - "High Stamina". Physically fit and quick hand/move (order packages are mostly less than 3kg). You should be confident to do warehouse work daily as that's a focus of job responsibilities. - Self-motivated, highly organised and committed fast learner. A good team player is a must. - Punctual, Reliable and present a strong work ethic - Attention to details. - Sufficient English skills for communication at work. Bonus points: - Proven to be high attention to detail and high stamina - Existing order processing experience - Strong interest/knowledge in phone/tablets and accessories.
