**The Department**

SBS Distribution (a division within SBS Media) - creators of the SBS Inclusion Program.

The SBS Inclusion Program is comprised of a growing portfolio of online training courses and filmed assets which are currently licensed to more than 700 organisations and more than 1.2 million employees. The premium training program has been designed to build social cohesion through fostering workplace inclusion.

**The Role**

You will be a key member of a small, high performing team, building and delivering Australia’s leading inclusion and diversity training program in a high growth, customer centric environment. The Production Coordinator role involves supporting the team’s production activities: creating and delivering high quality e-learning courses. You will:

- Use Articulate 360 Rise software to assist with building e-learning courses, ensuring they comply with prescribed accessibility guidelines
- Coordinate delivery of e-learning courses to customers, providing support as required
- Update and maintain course files, assets and delivery records
- Assist with the production of additional course support material such as learning activities, transcripts and captions
- Assist with other production activities as required (e.g. reviewing e-learning courses, preparation of face-to-face training documents and files, video shoots)

**About you**
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and be keen to learn new software packages
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and good attention to detail (a must)
- Comfortable working alone and in a team environment
- Some knowledge of the e-learning industry, or a willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of basic image manipulation in Photoshop (or equivalent) highly regarded
- Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) highly regarded
- Experience using e-learning course authoring software such as Articulate 360 Storyline or Rise (or equivalent) highly regarded
- Project management experience highly regarded
- Animation/video production coordination experience highly regarded
