**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make proportionate risk-based recommendations about registration matters.
- Respond, and resolve a high volume of telephone enquiries from teachers on a wide range of issues.
- Achieve quality standards and KPI's.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in a registration/licensing high volume assessment/high volume contact centre environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly explain concepts, policies, and processes.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills underpinned by sound analytical capability.
- High level organisation, planning and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to meet customer needs and deliver high quality and timely outcomes for stakeholders.
