Duties include but not limited to;
Purchasing/Accounts Payable;
- Timely actions of purchase requisitions.
- Month end support for project accounts regarding purchase orders.

Billing/Accounts Receivable;
- Timely invoicing and collection of debtors and minimised overdue invoices.
- Purchase order management.

Timesheet/Time Keeping;
- Coordinator staffing for daily processing of time sheets.
- Manage all data transfers to client systems.

REQUIREMENTS;
- Experience in an Admin/Finance or similar type role.
- Experience in mining industry.
- Knowledge of SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Sound understanding of administration practices within a project space.
- Willingness to drive and increase performance within a team.
- Champion of agile ways of working.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and manage stakeholders.
- Non siloed thinking & active team contributor.
