**Location**: McKell / WFH

**Primary purpose of the role**

Coaches, leads and enables delivery of strategic and operational Agile projects to meet organisational objectives within a hybrid of Traditional and Agile frameworks.

Provide ongoing coaching to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies and process with delivery teams and stakeholders to embed Agile practices into the delivery of product and process.

**Key accountabilities**
- Develop and implement strategies for the continuous monitoring, evaluation and improvement of all aspects of Agile project implementation including financial analysis, risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures to achieve the success of the project/s.
- Manage the provision of metrics and provide analysis of the value of Agile in delivering products and process to meet strategic needs.
- Act as an Agile champion, provide expert advice and support and contribute to expanding the understanding and practice of agile principles and values throughout the business including the identification of gaps in knowledge to improve capability.
- Lead teams to identify and implement process improvements to improve both immediate and long-term productivity using Agile practices and tools to support optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with the teams to identify and mitigate impediments and risks to minimise exposure and maximise success of the program.
