The Distinction Dental Lab is part of The Dental Group which includes The Sydney Implant Institute, The Dental Lounge and Dental 99. As a Juniour Technician, you will work in a state-of-the-art dental lab equipped with heavy duty, industrial grade milling machines, 3D printers and the latest technology that enable us to keep all operations in-house to ensure flawless results.

We are looking for people that are known for their knowledge of dental anatomy and tooth morphology, high-quality workmanship, and a focus on the balance and harmony of smile design.

**What you'll be doing**
- Our lab produces the following type of work:
- Surgical guides
- Implant crowns and tooth-borne crowns and bridges
- Custom abutment design and milling
- ceramic layering/veneering
- Provisional crowns/bridges
- Implant bridges (including all-on-X/All-on 4)
- Diagnostic wax ups and smile design
- Digital dentures
- Communicating closely with dentists to understand their specific requirements and ensure the final product meets their needs
- Carrying out all necessary technical procedures, such as waxing, polishing and finishing
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation throughout the production process
- Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality regulations

**Requirements**:

- CAD/CAM software (Knowledge in ExoCAD preferred or equivalent system is required)
- Able to check design and modify independently from single crowns to full mouth restorations.
- Experience in All on X implant prosthesis.
- Experience in abutment design and milling.
- Experience in anterior pressed restorations for high aesthetic patients.
- Experience in finishing monolithic restorations and CAD/CAM design.
- Dexterity (minimum 3 years of experience with monolithic Zirconia is required)
- Finishing monolithic crowns from single crowns to full mouth restorations.
